After his death, most of Anthony Froshaug’s books were given to his family or were sold; some were kept to be part of the archive that is now at the University of Brighton. The things shown here were overlooked in this process of dispersal, and were only recently rediscovered by Anthony Froshaug’s executor. They seem to form a small collection, and to constitute a true index of his interests. The apparent disparity and obscurity of their content only heightens this sense that here are some of the key themes of Froshaug’s explorations.
